Need Based Application/Process

• FA Application
• Application plus income tax returns will be reviewed to determine how much assistance will be made available
• Not all applicants will receive financial aid
• Deadline to submit request is September 15th
• Applicants after September 15th may not even be reviewed (Based on availability of funds)
• The entire process is totally confidential

Insurance Wellness Programs

• We are now registered with Independent Health to accept Flex Fit Family, personalBest, and Health Care Allowance programs.  This means you can pay on your child’s player fees using these specified Independent Health programs through our online system. 

Family Discounts

• Available to families with two or more children rostered in the club
• Email us right away if you qualify
